We don't have any properties scheduled for auction at this time.

One of the most FAQs we get is "When will your next auction be?"  We screen potential auction candidates VERY stringently to ensure reasonable price expectations are present.  Otherwise, we'd not only be wasting your time but ours as well (not to mention the funds of the seller for the promotional fee).

We receive many inquiries from auction prospects, but we only move forward with those for whom we view the probability of success to be quite high.  So, while it may be a while between auction events, you can take comfort that, when we make an announcement, it's for a property we feel VERY strongly is going to sell at our auction.
